Hello, I'm Danny Clarke, a 32-year-old automotive and motorsport photographer based in the town of Earl Shilton, Leicestershire, UK. My journey into the world of photography began at the tender age of 15 when I first picked up a camera, attending motorsport events at Mallory Park with my Dad. What started as a hobby soon evolved into an all-consuming passion, and today, I'm honoured to share my lifelong love affair with the art of capturing cars and motorsport in their most electrifying moments.
Beyond my dedication to photography, I'm also a advocate for men's mental health. I understand the challenges that life can throw at us, as I too have struggled with anxiety. My personal experiences have inspired me to use my platform not only to celebrate the beauty of cars and the excitement of motorsport but also to raise awareness about mental health issues, particularly among men. Through my work and my words, I hope to foster a sense of community and support for those who may be going through their own battles.
In every photograph I take, you'll find a reflection of my deep-seated passion for cars, a commitment to the art of photography, and a dedication to breaking down the barriers that surround men's mental health. Join me on this exhilarating journey, where we celebrate the roar of engines, the sleek lines of automotive design, and the resilience of the human spirit. Thank you for being a part of my story.
I work with Dailied UK, an automotive magazine, where I will organise photoshoots with clients who are due to be featured in the magazine. This involves discussing the desired backdrop, lighting preferences, and any particular features they wanted to highlight in their vehicle. From there, I will plan suitable locations and scheduling the shoot to align with optimal lighting conditions. Clear communication and a keen attention to detail are paramount to ensure a seamless and successful photoshoot experience for the client and achieving stunning visual results that exceeded their expectations. This has allowed me to have multiple printed features including a front cover feature.
